Jackson & Associates LLC Roofing Reviews!

Jackson & Associates completed nearly 100,000 sq ft of commercial roofing projects for me in 2012. I appreciate the fact that they completed the projects according to specifications while delivering the project on time and on budget. 

 As an association  property manager, I would recommend Jackson & Associates highly.  I work with Dave Veit and have found him to be knowledgeable as well as informative.  Dave has been able to find window styles and some very hard to find brick mold at a number of associations.  Their price for roofing and siding repair is fair and their service would rank them a 10 out of 10 in my book. 

 We’ve been using Jackson & Associates since February of this year.  They completed a difficult re-roof for us in Edina, MN over a shopping center filled with a variety of retail tenants who are very sensitive to timing, smell, noise and, of course, water issues.  We were so impressed with J & A’s professionalism and communication efforts, we’ve used them on the balance of our portfolio since then.  They make us look good as building owners and for that we are thankful and appreciative. 

 Jackson & Associates has been my “go to” roofing company for all my roofing needs which includes a 35,831 sq. ft. replacement, numerous repairs and several roof penetrations for HVAC’s and other venting needs. They have performed all work in a very timely, cost effective, and professional manner. I currently manage three facilities that total over 550,000 sq. ft. and would highly recommend their services for any commercial roofing needs.  

We’ve had several large overpriced companies come in and offer a free roof evaluation. They all send “sales men” with no roofing experience. I chuckle to myself as they go on telling me of the latest and greatest high tech equipment they have. I let them waste their time doing the evaluation and act like they know something about roofing. At our main warehouse, I did all the roof repairs myself, and after seeing how old the roof was, none of them believed that there was no leaks. When we moved into this building, I tried some of those “big” companies, and they seemed to send out a different crew each time and fix the same leaks over and over. Since I’ve had you come in nothing has leaked twice. Give the boys a pat on the back and thank you for your hard and quality work. 

Had a small rubber roof to repair on my house. Called Chris Harmon, next day Andrew Harmon came out sent me an estimate. Very impressed with the response time and communication that was given to me while they completed the job.  Pictures of different stages of job and when they were done.
